Description

Healthy fruit snacks for babies and toddlers


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Fruit puree (of your choice)
  • 1.5 tbsp 100% pure bovine gelatin (I used Organika)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Blend fruit of choice until its a smooth consistency with no lumps
  2. Pour puree into a saucepan and without turning on the heat, sprinkle gelatine over top
  3. Let sit for a minute, then gently heat and stir well until mixture is very thin
  4. Add lemon juice and stir, remove from heat
  5. Add to mold of choice
  6. Refrigerate for 6+ hours until set
