Description

an easy healthy breakfast bar your kids will love


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup nut butter ((we like peanut))
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mash bananas in a medium bowl.
  3. Add all other ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Line baking dish (9×5) with parchment paper. Pour mixture into dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool (add sprinkles if desired).
  7. Cut into small bars. Wrap in parchment paper or foil.
  8. Store in airtight container in the fridge, or freezer.
