I love having something that&#8217;s easy to grab and ready for him to eat when he&#8217;s fussy or when meals aren&#8217;t quite ready yet but he is looking for food. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Right now Grayson loves pretty much anything that will melt in his mouth, and if it&#8217;s cold thats even better because if helps so much with teething! So why are these yogurt drops so great?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They&#8217;re naturally sweetened with no added sugars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lots of protein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kept frozen, great for teething<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flavour possibilities are endless<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For my first batch, I decided to make mango which is Graysons favourite fruit right now. For the second batch I made blueberry kale (which I like to call kaleberry). Want to find out how to make them? Lets go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"682\" height=\"1024\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/modernmunch.com\/index.php\/2021\/01\/08\/baby-yogurt-drops\/?tp_image_id=611\" src=\"http:\/\/modernmunch.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_1578-682x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-611\" srcset=\"https:\/\/modernmunch.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_1578-682x1024.jpg 682w, https:\/\/modernmunch.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_1578-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/modernmunch.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_1578-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/modernmunch.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_1578-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/modernmunch.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_1578.jpg 1333w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 682px) 100vw, 682px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\/3 cup plain Greek yogurt*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tbsp fruit\/veggie puree of choice*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*plain Greek yogurt means no sugar added. You can choose any percentage of fat that you like, the higher fat the smoother the yogurt will be.<br>*get creative, what&#8217;s your babies favourite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Puree your fruit or veggies in a food processor or blender until completely smooth, no chunks. Add 1 tbsp water a time if you need to thin it out to puree properly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix Greek yogurt with fruit puree in a bowl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer mixture into either a piping bag, plastic baggie, or pastry decorating squeeze bottle (this is what I used because I had one, but all options work fine). If you&#8217;re using a plastic baggie, cut bottom corner tip off after you&#8217;ve filled it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop small round dots onto the paper from your piping bag\/squeeze bottle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once your baking sheet is full, place in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or overnight<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the drops are frozen, pop them off the parchment paper and place in an airtight container, return to freezer<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These drops melt quickly, when offering them to baby only take a small handful out at time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of my goals for this year was to work on more snack recipes for Grayson.
