Ingredients

Fruit puree
of your choice

tbsp
100% pure bovine gelatin
I used Organika

Lemon juice
Instructions
Blend fruit of choice until its a smooth consistency with no lumps
Pour puree into a saucepan and without turning on the heat, sprinkle gelatine over top
Let sit for a minute, then gently heat and stir well until mixture is very thin
Add lemon juice and stir, remove from heat
Add to mold of choice
Refrigerate for 6+ hours until set
