Breakfast Bars

an easy healthy breakfast bar your kids will love

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup nut butter (we like peanut)
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mash bananas in a medium bowl.
  • Add all other ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
  • Line baking dish (9x5) with parchment paper. Pour mixture into dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Allow to cool (add sprinkles if desired).
  • Cut into small bars. Wrap in parchment paper or foil.
  • Store in airtight container in the fridge, or freezer.
