- 1/2 each frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup spinach or kale
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 svg grass fed collagen
- 1 svg probiotic powder optional
