Homemade Fruit Snacks

Homemade fruit snacks using real fruit and no refined sugars, but make them spooky!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fruit puree in this recipe I used blueberry and mango
  • 1/2 cup fruit juice in this recipe I used pure coconut water with the blueberry (purple version) and orange juice with the mango (yellow version)
  • 2 tbsp pure fed gelatin
  • 2 tsp honey add more to adjust sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Blend your fruit well until fully combined.
  • Add fruit juice and mix.
  • Pour fruit mixture into small saucepan and place on stove, leave heat off.
  • Sprinkle gelatin over fruit puree, let sit for 2 minutes until it gets wrinkly.
  • Turn heat onto medium, stir well and let heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Transfer liquid into silicone mold of choice, I used halloween ones here.
  • Move to fridge for minimum 2 hours.
  • Remove from molds and place in airtight container until ready to eat.
