Homemade Fruit Snacks
Homemade fruit snacks using real fruit and no refined sugars, but make them spooky!

- 1/2 cup fruit puree in this recipe I used blueberry and mango
- 1/2 cup fruit juice in this recipe I used pure coconut water with the blueberry (purple version) and orange juice with the mango (yellow version)
- 2 tbsp pure fed gelatin
- 2 tsp honey add more to adjust sweetness
Blend your fruit well until fully combined.
Add fruit juice and mix.
Pour fruit mixture into small saucepan and place on stove, leave heat off.
Sprinkle gelatin over fruit puree, let sit for 2 minutes until it gets wrinkly.
Turn heat onto medium, stir well and let heat for about 5 minutes.
Transfer liquid into silicone mold of choice, I used halloween ones here.
Move to fridge for minimum 2 hours.
Remove from molds and place in airtight container until ready to eat.
