5 ingredients, 10 minutes to make, and only 30 seconds to devour. Make these as part of your Sunday meal prep, and enjoy all week (as long as you can resist eating them all at once). A great snack to have on hand when you need something fast and easy!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups quick oats

1/2 cup all natural peanut butter

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs

Method:

  1. Add peanut butter, syrup, and coconut oil to a medium sized bowl and mix
  2. Put oats in blender or food processor and blend until flour forms
  3. Add oat flour and chocolate chips/cacao nibs to wet mixture and stir until combined
  4. Roll dough into bite sized balls
  5. Place on cookie sheet with parchment paper and freeze for 10 minutes

Tips:

Once the bites are set, enjoy right away or place in freezer bag and return to freezer until ready to eat.Â
