Mint M&M Christmas Cookies
Description
Classic chocolate chip cookies using Christmas mint m&m's
Ingredients
Scale
- 2/3 cup melted butter (allow to cool )
- 2 cups brown sugar (lightly packed)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp warm water
- 2 & 2/3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 bag mint m&m's (large bag)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- In a large bowl, beat cooled melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and warm water until smooth
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- Add dry mixture into wet mixture slowly and stir until blended
- Stir in m&m's
- Use cookie scoop or roll into balls and place on cookie sheet
- Bake 8-9 minutes
- Allow to cool & enjoy!
