Chia Pudding

Simple chia pudding
Servings 4 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Pour milk into mason jar.
  • Add chia seeds and vanilla. Stir well.
  • Let sit in fridge for a few hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Top with plain greek yogurt, granola & fruit.
