BREAKFAST
An easy breakfast my toddlers love is waffles, and I say easy because I batch make them and keep in the freezer to make mornings a breeze. Think of your grocery store toaster waffle, but with 75% less added sugar and no unnecessary ingredients, they’re truly a staple to keep in your homemade kitchen freezer!
Served with: plain Greek yogurt topped with hemp hearts and fruit (banana).

SNACK
We’ve been snacking on our monster muffins this week (recipe here).

LUNCH
Something we love to do is a “toddler charcuterie board” because it’s so quick for me and my toddlers just love the idea of a bunch of “snacks” put together to make a meal. This week I served it on a spooky plate, because Halloween themed food is so much more fun. I served boiled egg, cheese, crackers, grapes and a small chocolate.

LUNCHBOX
Your weekly lunchbox inspiration, the boys go to my mother in laws every Thursday for a few hours while my husband and I are at work, and I always send a lunchbox that they can snack on. This week was Halloween themed with ghost sourdough grilled cheese w/chicken, boonana, frankencucumber, manadarin orange, and a small chocolate.
Served with: toddler milk (link here) code to save: MODERNMUNCH150FF

DINNER
Salmon bowls – I love that this meal is so simple and comes together in 20 minutes, my toddlers devour it and so does my husband. All you need is to cook your salmon in the air fryer for 13 minutes with your favourite seasonings and chop your toppings. (Also, make extra and use for lunch leftovers)
Served with: bone broth rice, cucumber, mango, avocado and teriyaki sauce.
