Welcome back to my series “What My Toddlers Ate This Week” where I share with you some of the meals I offered my toddlers this week. This is a series from my instagram that my community is very familiar with, but it is new to the blog, so welcome if you’re new here! I’ve been photographing and sharing the boys meals for over 4 years now on Instagram, and my “what my toddlers ate” weekly updates are always my top views, so I figured why not start sharing it here for you. I know figuring out what to feed your toddlers EVERY DAY can be mentally exhausting, so I am sharing with you some simple, easy to put together meals that are both nutritious and delicious. Let’s get eating, here are some of the meals my toddlers loved this week!

BREAKFAST
Something I love is stocking my kitchen with homemade staples that I can easily throw in the freezer and take out when I need them. My boys love this breakfast bar I make, they’re chewy, good for small hands, easy and full of nutrition, making a perfect on the go breakfast option! BREAKFAST BAR: RECIPE HERE
Served with: fruit

LUNCH
Some days lunch just needs to be easy, and on those days I go for mac and cheese with some additional protein, this day I served it with some leftover roasted chicken we had in the fridge.
Served with: oranges and a halloween cookie.

DINNER
One favourite that I know the whole family loves is butter chicken. I sneak in some riced cauliflower into the sauce (my toddlers never notice) and add peas as well (this is a veggie I know they like).
Served with: coconut rice and naan bread.

SNACK
We were on the go so much this week with Halloween and playdates, I use this easy snack tower to bring some finger foods for the boys when were out. I filled it with pancake bites, mandarin oranges, and cheese.
Served with: halloween fruit snack.

LUNCHBOX
Your weekly lunchbox inspiration, the boys go to my mother in laws every Thursday for a few hours while my husband and I are at work, and I always send a lunchbox that they can snack on. This week was a breakfast bar, apple slices, cucumbers, and cheese.
