Welcome back to my series “What My Toddlers Ate This Week” where I share with you some of the meals I offered my toddlers this week. This is a series from my instagram that my community is very familiar with, but it is new to the blog, so welcome if you’re new here! I’ve been photographing and sharing the boys meals for over 4 years now on Instagram, and my “what my toddlers ate” weekly updates are always my top views, so I figured why not start sharing it here for you. I know figuring out what to feed your toddlers EVERY DAY can be mentally exhausting, so I am sharing with you some simple, easy to put together meals that are both nutritious and delicious. Let’s get eating, here are some of the meals my toddlers loved this week!

BREAKFAST
Something I love is stocking my kitchen with homemade staples that I can easily add to breakfast. My boys requested yogurt bowls and my homemade granola is the perfect topping. I use plain Greek yogurt for extra protein and no added sugars. GRANOLA RECIPE WILL BE IN MY EVERYDAY EATS MADE SIMPLE RECIPE COLLECTION LAUNCHING NOVEMBER 20! JOIN THE WAITLIST HERE
Served with: bananas

LUNCH
Sourdough is another staple in our home, my boys love it for all sorts of sandwiches and toast. My oldest is really into tuna lately, so we did a sourdough tuna melt. I used avocado mayo to mix with the tuna and cheddar cheese on toasted sourdough.
Served with: grapes, cucumbers

SNACK
I was craving a good bakery style muffin, and my chocolate chip sourdough muffins never disappoint. We had this for snack a couple times this week! MUFFIN RECIPE WILL BE IN MY EVERYDAY EATS MADE SIMPLE RECIPE COLLECTION LAUNCHING NOVEMBER 20! JOIN THE WAITLIST HERE

DINNER
Burger night is so much fun, even in the winter months we cook the burgers in our cast iron pan and they turn out lovely. Side options are endless, like sweet potato fries, roasted potatoes, fruit, veggies, salad etc.
Served with: apples, small granola bar for dessert

LUNCHBOX
Your weekly lunchbox inspiration, the boys go to my mother in laws every Thursday for a few hours while my husband and I are at work, and I always send a lunchbox that they can snack on. This week was lumpia (spring rolls), cheese, crackers, grapes, cucumbers and homemade granola bars.
