Gingerbread Playdough

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil any works
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Add water, lemon juice and oil to a medium sized pot and heat on medium-low until warm.
  • Mix flour, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in a bowl, slowly add to the wet ingredients on the stove while mixing.
  • Mix until fully combined, if it is a little sticky just flip it back and forth in the pot for a few minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Place dough on parchment paper and allow to cool. Once cool, knead with your hands for a few minutes until the dough is nice and soft.
  • Keep in airtight container for up to 1 month.
