Gingerbread Playdough
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil any works
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup salt
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Add water, lemon juice and oil to a medium sized pot and heat on medium-low until warm.
- Mix flour, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in a bowl, slowly add to the wet ingredients on the stove while mixing.
- Mix until fully combined, if it is a little sticky just flip it back and forth in the pot for a few minutes. Remove from heat.
- Place dough on parchment paper and allow to cool. Once cool, knead with your hands for a few minutes until the dough is nice and soft.
- Keep in airtight container for up to 1 month.
